An educational trip to Singapore that has been designed to offer a multitude of educational experiences for students.
This tour will give the students an opportunity to widen their mathematical, scientific and cultural horizons. The tour includes visits to places of mathematical and scientific interest such as the Singapore Science Centre, the NeWater Plant and the Hiverlab. Students will also explore the Jurong Bird Park and the Marina Life.
This tour provides a range of opportunities that extend students’ learning beyond the normal classroom.

Day 1
Depart Australia
Day 2
On arrival you will be be met by our representative. Board your private coach and proceed for a Singapore city tour. Get to know the city by driving round the Civic District, passing by Padang, Cricket Club, the historic Parliament House, the Supreme Court and City Hall. You will visit the Thian Hock Keng Temple, stop at the Merlion Park and enjoy the impressive views of Marina Bay. After lunch, you will check in to their accommodation for some well-deserved rest.

Day 3
This morning after breakfast you will visit the offices of Hiverlab, Singapore’s most innovative and progressive media technology innovation and content companies. Students will participate in a half day workshop introducing them to immersive technology and media through the use of 360-degree cameras and VR content. The workshops are structured in a way to enhance the students’ understanding of technology applications, global perspectives, and social responsibility.
In the afternoon head to Marina Bay Sands to visit the Singapore Art Science Museum. See the current exhibitions and discover creativity at its best – through art, science, design, media, architecture and technology. The students will participate in your chosen education workshop session.
In the evening take a walk around the Marina Bay complex before making your way to the river pick up point for your Bumboat Cruise. Students will enjoy this unique perspective of the city as they cruise along the river.
Overnight in Singapore
Day 4
This morning head to Jurong Bird Park. The park is a haven for over 5000 birds from more than 380 species from across the world. Students will enjoy close interactions with a kaleidoscope of birds at feeding sessions and be tickled by their show-stopping antics in thrilling bird shows.
After lunch you will visit the Singapore Science Centre. Journeying to the centre of the Earth and learning all about Earth Sciences. Learning through hands-on stations how great scientists think, how scientific discoveries are made and being a scientist themselves. Students will experience all this and more at the Singapore Science Centre, one of the world’s premier locations for providing inspiring and exiting experience for students of all ages. Their many interactive exhibits, housed in 14 galleries, cover a wide range of topics related to science, technology and mathematics. The students will also participate in a workshop of teachers’ choice.
Later in the afternoon the students will be provided an opportunity for shopping in the evening.

Day 5
This morning you will take a part in NEWater Centre guided tour. Students will learn how Singapore creates high grade reclaimed water using advanced membrane technologies and ultra-violet disinfection, ultra clean and safe to drink.
Afterwards head up to Fusionworld, where students will embark on a journey of discovery on Singapore’s latest science and engineering research and new technologies. This is a guided tour by experienced Fusionworld staff. As students venture through the five thematic zones, they will explore and discover how cutting-edge technologies can enhance our everyday lives and beyond.
Tonight after dinner you will visit the Singapore Zoo Night Safari – world’s first nocturnal zoo and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Singapore.

Day 6
This morning you will visit the Marine Life Park. The sea aquarium at the marine life park is the latest attraction in Singapore and the world’s largest Oceanarium. Students will be inspired by the myriad marine wonders of over blue planet in this fascinating destination.
Afterwards head to Universal Studios. Universal Studio Singapore is one of only two such amusement parks to exist in Asia. Students will enjoy over 20 attractions within seven themed zones, riding the movies couldn’t get any greater. Laughter and whoops of joy can be heard from every corner and a visit to Universal Studios will create memories for ever.

Day 7
This morning you will have some free time for last minute exploring. This is a great opportunity to visit Chinatown. With its colourful Peranakan shop-houses and handful of historical attractions, it will make a pleasant stroll.
In the afternoon board your private coach for a transfer to the airport.
