Day 1
Arrive Hobart (D)
Upon arrival at Hobart Airport, meet your driver for coach transfer to your accommodation.
Check-in at the accommodation.
Dinner and overnight in Hobart.
Day 2
Hobart (B,L,D)
Breakfast at your accommodation.
Travel by private coach to Fat Big Farm for a tour and lunch. Upon arrival enjoy a welcome briefing and housekeeping information, followed by tour of the Farm, including kitchen and courtyard, bush foods, pigs, future wildlife corridor, orchard, dairy, garden and windbreak. Enjoy a morning tea in the garden and learn about seed and how to transplant them. Lunch will be served at the courtyard.
Next stop is Grandvewe Sheep Farm, where you will have an opportunity to see the sheep and their lambs and learn firsthand about cheese production. Grandvewe Sheep Farm produce a wide range of products, with a focus on high-quality sheep cheese and other products made from their own flock of sheep.
Return to Hobart.

Day 3
Hobart (B,D)
Breakfast at your accommodation.
Walk to Salamanca Square to visit iconic Tassal Salmon Shop Salamanca and enjoy Tassal kitchen class. Located in a sea of galleries, theatres, cafés, craft shops and restaurants, this shop become a highly regarded fixture in this historic Hobart hub.
Return to your accommodation, where a private coach will take you on a tour of Tasman Peninsula.
First stop is Federation Artisan Chocolate, a unique chocolate experience where you can see the rich creamy chocolate being handmade and taste the end result.
Afterwards, head to Richmond, historical village, famous for it’s elegant Georgian architecture, with beautiful heritage buildings dating back as early as the 1820’s now housing galleries, tea shops, craft boutiques and museums. Richmond is a home of the Richmond Bridge, the oldest stone span bridge in Australia.
Next stop is Port Arthur, former convict settlement, today’s historic site listed as UNESCO World Heritage site. Learn about the site’s history as a convict colony, visit ruins and restore buildings, and admire the coastal scenery that highlights the natural beauty of the Tasman Peninsula.
Return to Hobart.
Day 4
Hobart (B,D)
Breakfast at your accommodation.
Visit Salamanca Market (Saturday only) and enjoy the vibrant and colourful offer of nearly 300 stallholders to include makers of hand-made Tasmanian pieces from woodwork to jewellery, fashion to fanciful glassware and ceramics. Of course, there are also fantastic fresh fruit and organic vegetables, all accompanied by buskers and music.
After this visit, head to MONA, Museum of Old and New Art, owned by entrepreneur David Walsh. MONA is one of the most fascinating museums in Australia, with largest private collection of art and artefacts, from Neolithic artifacts to controversial art installations.

Day 5
Hobart– Melbourne(B,D)
Breakfast and check-out from your accommodation.
Private coach transfer to Hobart airport for your flight to Melbourne.
Upon arrival at Melbourne airport, meet your driver for coach transfer
to your accommodation for check-in. Leave your luggage and get ready for new adventure.
Today is reserved for a tour and a class at William Angliss school.

Day 6

This morning visit Queen Victoria Market and discover a wide variety of fresh, quality produce and specialty shopping. You can taste some of the freshest produce, discover unique ingredients, learn tips and tricks for shopping and cooking and discover the Market’s history.
After morning spent at the market, head to Charcoal Lane for lunch and tour. Charcoal Lane is a Mission Australia social enterprise restaurant that provides guidance and opportunity to young Aboriginal people who are in need of a fresh start in life. You will hear an acknowledgment of land by restaurant staff and enjoy a tasting plate of native ingredients to sample, while the chef talks about each ingredient.
Before returning to your accommodation, walk through Melbourne famous lanes, alleys, little streets and arcades, where you can feel the vibrant city of Melbourne as it best.

Day 7
Depart Melbourne (B)
Breakfast and check-out from your accommodation. Free time for teacher’ supervised visit of South Melbourne Market.
Private transfer to Melbourne Airport, for your flight back home.
