Depart Australia on an overnight flight to Paris

Day 2
Arrive Paris

Upon arrival in Paris, meet your assistant and board a private coach. Enjoy a 4-hour panoramic tour of Paris. Sights include the Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. At the end of the tour, transfer to your hotel.

Day 3
Paris

Breakfast at the hotel.

Enjoy a full-day tour of Versailles Palace and Gardens. RER train tickets are included. Indulge in the beauty and excess of the French monarchy’s most extravagant palace. With 700 rooms and 2,000 acres of gardens, this chateau still evokes the same sense of awe that it did over 300 years ago when it reached its apex under the Sun King, Louis XIV. Return by train to Paris.

Day 4
Paris

Breakfast at the hotel

Enjoy a full-day tour of Paris, starting with a visit to Orsay Museum. The Orsay is housed in an impressive building of a former train station and home to impressionist masterpieces. It is one of Paris’ most popular museums.

In the afternoon, visit the Sainte Chappelle, the 13th-century chapel renowned for its striking Gothic architecture and some of the most exquisite stained glass windows in Europe.

Day 5
Paris

After breakfast, visit Europe’s largest opera house, the Opera Garnier. Home to the Opera de Paris, ballet performances, and the fictional Phantom of the Opera, the grand 19th-century Opera house, recalls the splendour of France’s Second Empire, an era synonymous with elegance and extravagance.

The afternoon is dedicated to the Arc de Triomphe. Climb the terrace and enjoy breathtaking views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower.

Day 6
Paris

This morning enjoy a guided walking tour of Montmartre, an authentic village in the heart of Paris. Start with a photo stop at Moulin Rouge, and then make your way through cobbled streets, secluded gardens and back alleys, to end up at Sacre Coeur church. Enjoy great views of Paris from the top of the hill, before your next visit, The Louvre Museum.

This is the most visited museum and one of the largest museums in the world. Admire the Louvre’s selection of masterpieces including the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, the Wedding Feast at Cana. Discover the scale and splendour of the Louvre whose collections span the centuries.

Day 7
Paris – Montpellier

Breakfast and check-out from the hotel

Board a private coach to Paris train station and travel to Montpellier by train.

Upon arrival at the Montpellier train station, enjoy a city tour and see the main tourist attractions and contemporary architecture, from the historic centre to Odysseum commercial centre, along the banks of the Lez, Antigone and the new city hall. Afterwards, meet your host families.

Day 8
Montpellier

After breakfast with your host family, make your way to the local school and start your language program. Take part in 2 x 3 hours morning and afternoon French classes.

Day 9
Montpellier

Breakfast with your host family.

Enjoy a full-day excursion of Montpellier surrounding. Montpellier region is home of 6 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, all only a short drive from Montpellier. You may choose to visit Avignon and Pope’s palace, Arles and Saintes marries de la Mer, Aigues-Mortes and Espiquette beach, Narbonne at Carcassonne, or Marseille.

Day 10
Montpellier

Breakfast with your host family.

Travel today by train to Nimes and enjoy a full-day excursion. Visit ancient Roman monuments, including temples and an amphitheatre, followed by strolls through the old city centre.

Day 11
Montpellier – Paris

Time to say “Au revoir” to your hew friends. After breakfast, make your way to Montpellier train station and travel back to Paris.

Upon arrival in Paris, free time to enjoy this beautiful city before your evening river cruise on the Seine. See the most prestigious monuments and bridges of Paris from a different perspective on this 1-hour cruise.

Depart Paris

Breakfast and check out from hotel

Depart by private coach to Paris airport for your flight back home.
